Terms and Conditions

By accepting delivery of any product from EcoMystic, you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and EcoMystic agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and EcoMystic.

Refund Guarantee

EcoMystic offers our customers a 15-day (15 days from the original invoice date) satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases. We urge you to examine your product(s) upon arrival to ensure appropriate condition, before signing for the package. To take advantage of EcoMystic's return guarantee policy, Customer agrees to comply with EcoMystic's Product Return/Exchange Procedure set forth below. Any breach of EcoMystic's Return/Exchange Policy Procedure will result in the loss of EcoMystic's return/exchange guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.

Product Return Procedure

To return a product based upon EcoMystic's return/exchange guarantee, you must call or email EcoMystic within the guaranteed return period for the product(s)(described above). EcoMystic will not accept returns without prior authorization. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product(s) to EcoMystic. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the returned product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product(s) is missing and/or damaged, EcoMystic's Return Procedure will be breached and EcoMystic will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing items and/or component(s). EcoMystic will not refund to Customer the original shipping charges incurred by the retailer or the shipping charges incurred during the RMA process. Products being returned for a refund must be received by EcoMystic prior to 15 days from the original invoice date. Returns received after the 15 day return period will no longer be eligible for refund. For returns on items that received free shipping, if the return brings the original order below the threshold for free shipping, the customer will be refunded the cost of the items returned minus the actual shipping charges that were incurred by the retailer.


Any materials submitted by users of our Site, including but not limited to e-mail, product reviews and discussion submissions become the sole property of EcoMystic. Users are prohibited from submitting content to this Site that is, or may be illegal, threatening, obscene, harassing, defamatory or injurious to third parties. EcoMystic will not tolerate solicitations, spamming, chain letters or software viruses on the Site. Content submitted by users of the site might be posted in whole or in part to EcoMystic reserves the right to edit materials presented by users, but EcoMystic does not necessarily monitor or refuse to publish material that may be deemed objectionable or offensive by certain individuals or entities.

Product Detail

Description: Products are described as accurately and appropriately as possible in order to ensure that a customer understands the product(s) they are ordering.

Color: Colors are represented as realistically as possible, but color variations of product images or color swatches are outside of the control of EcoMystic because software, hardware and Internet connections can alter the appearance of colors. If you are unsatisfied with a product you ordered, your sole remedy will be to return the product to EcoMystic.


While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product and price information, errors do occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time. EcoMystic will not be held responsible for product revision changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.

Risk of Loss

All purchases from EcoMystic are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to Customer upon our delivery to the carrier.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item from EcoMystic, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Customer must return the defective item(s) to EcoMystic pursuant to our Return/Exchange Policy.

General Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms and Orders: An order is not binding upon EcoMystic until it is accepted; EcoMystic must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment.

Shipping Charges

Your total cost for the purchase of any product will include shipping and handling charges shown on the EcoMystic invoice.

Price Protection

Our website is updated frequently to ensure that you'll view the latest products and pricing available, and that you receive all of the latest savings. At the time you make a purchase, you agree to the listed price. We are unable to make price adjustments if the price has changed after an order has shipped. However, if you notify EcoMystic prior to the shipment of your order, we would be happy to make the price adjustment for you. Unfortunately, EcoMystic does not offer competitor price matching.

Change Orders

You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been shipped. Please email or call us to request a change to your order. Please have your invoice number ready when you call us to ensure the fastest service.

Cancel Orders

You may request than an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Please email or call us to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 2-4 business days. If you request to cancel an order that has already shipped it will be treated as a return and will be subject to our return policy. If you request to cancel an order that has already shipped under a free shipping offer, you will be charged actual shipping charges incurred by EcoMystic to ship your order.
